“Pat is pretty amazing!! She gave me a call ahead of time after making my online registration to see about what time I was planning to come by so she would be at the desk. She didn't want me to come, and be checking the grounds. Lucky for me, she was there when I was heading in. She is very thorough and gave me the same speal she gave the renters before me. She showed me to my unit and because I never rented before she showed me how to lock it. Very friendly and super customer oriented.”
